PRESS: Russian energy exploration investment to fall 12% in 2021
MOSCOW, Sep 2 (PRIME) -- The Natural Resources and Environment Ministry expects investment of the resource users in geological exploration of oil and gas to decrease by 11.8% in 2021 to 300 billion rubles, business daily Kommersant reported on Thursday, citing a document of the ministry.
"A decrease of the amount of geological exploration (of oil and gas) by the natural resource users is expected in 2021," the newspaper reported.
Spending from the state budget will fall by 11.4% as compared with 2019 in 2021 to 11.87 billion rubles, the report read.
